  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

    I usually ship items within 2 business days, sometimes on the same day; unless the order is made later in the day.

  • Does my order include a tracking number?

    I use the cheapest method for shipping that my post office has to offer, because unfortunately even then it is still on the pricey side. Therefore, tracking is not included.

    I do however receive a receipt for each package I send out, as proof of shipping.

    If you wish to opt for tracking please let me know before placing your order and I can get a quote for you.

  • Can I combine shipping with my hyouta@tictail order?

    If they were made around the same time and have not been shipped yet I can combine the orders and refund any overcharged shipping difference!
